You've just broken out of a dark place. It certainly wasn't easy, but now that you're back out in the sunshine, you don't take kindly to anyone who tries to drag you back. That's especially true for anyone who tries to make you feeling guilty over something you didn't do. Talk to them and straighten it all out as soon as you can. You may be able to compromise with them, or at least cease hostilities.
